I have a 2014 A6 Prestige and am trying to have the windows open and close with the key fob buttons. When I access the long code helper I get a message that pops up. Do y'all have a message that pops up? I'll try to get a shot of it if I get time today. Also, when I change the byte number, the bits do not show up. I am using version 20.12 and have the Ross-Tech 10 VIN. Is there something I am doing wrong?

These are the steps I am trying to follow.

Enable Remote Operation Windows and Sunroof / Drivers Memory Seat
    36: Seat Mem - 07 Coding - Long Coding Helper - change Byte 2, bit 0, to 1
Seat memory will be there however greyed out in MMI
Press and hold down unlock button on key fob for 5 seconds for the windows to come down
Press and hold down lock button on key fob for 5 seconds for the windows to go back up
In MMI, Seat Adjustment you are now able to find Driver's seat, you can set Key memory on/off. Set it "on" for both keys separately.

Nevermind. The information copied and pasted from above is incorrect. It should be 46 - CENT. CONV..

niuk26, who posted the Google link, should be able to fix his document to make it correct.

Anyone know where in obd11 to find the feature to have the car remember you turned off start/stop engine gas savings. So that it always defaults to off?

Is it possible to make the Nav/Map screen the default in center gauge cluster when turning on the car? It’s annoying that you have to click over to that view manually.

No matter what I set it to, once I turn the car off it just goes back the far left tab “computer/gas range” I then have to tab over to the “nav” tab. Super annoying.

Same. Mine goes back to the Lap Timer main screen. I don't mind it, as I have a procedure when I get in the car:

Turn on ignition, turn off ESC, switch to map display... then prepare for take off in the jet

    Hello
Is it possible to make the dashboard lighting light up constantly and not only when the headlights are on. I did it on my Vw MK7 R but here I can't find anything that is responsible for this setting. If anyone can share I would be grateful.

So, I revisited the 8 position A/C mod.. Did it again on my car, it simply doesnt work properly. Sometimes its messes up with extra dots, sometimes it flips back to 6 positions... Sometimes 8. Definitely not stable on my C7.5

Lol I just noticed this today! Tired of the headlights coming in the garage, so I set to off but the cluster is pitch black. Seems like a weird thing for Audi to do.

Thank you, follow the links in the thread, will try this tonight!

For those with OBD11: Dash board (17) - adaptations - SIA: maximum value of distance to service: 15.000km->5.000km.
And no panic, it remembers current distance and subtracts automaticly the new difference ;).
    Thanks for the info, worked!

I would like some help on disabling the chime when having the ignition on while the door is open. Very annoying especially while sitting in the front seat with the VCDS on the laptop,
the car on and you know the drill.
I found a post on here, and I went in there as told, but I did not find anything I found useful, and I know you don't play there, unless you know exactly what you are doing.

Haven't tried, but I read a post someone said the chime can be turned off by pressing "left" on the steering wheel?
    Try and report back?

I linked him the post numbers. Not sure if he's C7.5 or C7, your post on this is just a few before mine for C7 though. I used yours to find C7.5 as it changed slightly.

Second question - regarding to viewing live data. Where can I find “expected boost pressure” and “actual boost pressure”?

Anyone with C7 get the doorbell chime turned off? My byte 15 is empty (00000000)

Edit: Got it!!! Had to change binary to 9... 00001001

Double edit: Anyone have this issue when changing the ride hight of your car? I've changed it multiple times, never had an issue before but now I'm halfway through the process and "Start up to reference level" seems to have disappeared. So now I'm stuck in the middle of this process...

Triple edit: My VCDS no longer has "Startup to reference level" instead I had to use "set reference level" in its place to make it work.
