Audi A4 B7 Quattro Manual multiple cylinder missfire issues

So I have installed the JHM big turbo kit works amazing from what I am able to push it to. My issue is that I am having multiple cylinder missfire issues. I have replaced everything I can think of nothing has helped.

    Done so far

    Ignition coils
    Low pressure fuel pump
    S3 injectors
    Bosch spark plugs
    APR high pressure fuel pump
    K&N drop in recently cleaned
    New manifold for injectors

They thought it was an injector took it in drove around seemed to be backfiring pushed harder and was jolting and backfiring around 3rd gear 4k rpm (roughly). No codes have shown up but it is clearly misfiring. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I find it very strange that you are having such severe misfire issues but no CEL with misfire codes. Are you positive your issue isn't the computer pulling spark or fuel as part of traction control? Have you tried turning off traction control and seeing if that changes the symptoms?
