I'm sure I can get the SKC from the cluster that's in my car, but I'm not sure about the replacement cluster. And I know I can have the cluster I'm installing virginized and reprogram is via VAGCOM, but it just kind of seems like an extra step, since if I'm having it virginized I might as well just have it cloned. I know you can clone them with VAGDashCAN and similar cables, and I know some people here have done it.
