I have these DP's on my 24 S5. Just enough more sound vs stock for me. I'm OLD and don't want a race car sound for a DD.

    I have Mustangs for that!

Finally received my custom airbag cover for my new steering wheel. Looks great to me! Now I just have to work up the courage to disassemble the airbag....

Didn’t do all of this today but I think my exterior modification are all done!!

    - Added Karbel Carbon CF rear view mirror covers, easiest mod as these are stick on covers and they fit perfectly -

    - I had plans to pair the CF mirrors with the Karbel Carbor rear valance but cost and long wait times plus shipping woes had me for an alternative and since I got the Maxton Designs front lip and side skirts, this Splitter Gang is exactly what I was looking for -

    - I did pair the CF mirrors with the German Car Accessories OEM CF Rear Spoiler, I really like the way it all came together -

    - And finally spacers for a flush stance. 10mm up front and 15mm in the rear. I do have some rubbing on dips and pots but it’s minimal. Will step down to 12.5mm as MOPS suggested but I like the look so I’ll wait on that change for a bit

Had Fitmax dash/rear camera, used JB4 and rear spoiler installed. Haven't driving car hard yet but, definitely felt the JB4 even at 2K rpm. Still need to do the whole QR code scan etc. for the camera. I really need to STOP spending money on this car! LOL!!!

Added this front spitter today. Really happy with it, adds the aggressive look the front was lacking

Finally worked up the courage to swap the airbag cover. Pretty easy once you get started. I used this video as a visual reference.

Hopefully I'll install the new wheel this weekend.

Took it for a nice hour long country road drive yesterday and as I pulled back into the garage I get a “steering malfunction: you can continue driving” error. Not even 1200 miles yet. Anybody else come across this one?

I got it once. At under 1,000 miles in my 2025 RS5 SB. Steering became very heavy. I was on a city street, pulled into a parking lot, turned off the engine, restarted engine. Steering returned to normal. Has not recurred in more than 2,000 additional miles.

Yesterday finished ceramic coating my BC Forged wheels with 285/30-20 DWS06.
Installed them today. Had to get the PA5's off, it's 2nd week of April already!

Had the steering malfunction warning a couple weeks ago. Today I started up the car after sitting for an hour and it throws a “suspension malfunction” and “sport differential malfunction” warning at me. It seems to have cleared on its own after a restart. Might take it to the dealer just to document these. Seems odd to get so many in just a couple weeks at 1200-1400 miles on the odometer.

Thanks! I went the inexpensive route from EBay. I figured I’d try this one first, then maybe transition to the Maxton. Here’s another one

Update - dealer scanned and found a related TSB for resetting the steering control module and software updates for the others. Hopefully we’re good to go now.

Ceramic coating finished. New wheels should arrive early next week and will coat them before mounting.
