Anyone did a lowering suspension for B9 A4? I’m looking for one? If yes, can you share pics before and after? Thank you

    I have tried 2 separate sets of springs. H & R and 034 Motorsports

Stock sport suspension, sans springs, ~27" F/R FTG

Here is it on the H & R's. Dropped it a half inch more in the rear than the front. Gave it a rear squat that I hated. Worked with H & R and got a credit to replace them.

    H & R Sport Springs. 26"/25.5" F/R FTG

Here is how she sits now, 034 Dynamic + ~25.75"/~26" F/R FTG

    2018 Manhattan Gray A4 Prem+ Sport | Nav/Telematics | Black Ops+ | Black Ops Wheels | +10/+12.5mm ECS spacers | 034 Springs/Rear Sway/End Links/All Aluminum Insert Kits/Res Delete | - Gone

Did you have the sport or non-sport suspension on your car? How are the struts holding up so far, and after how many miles? My engineering brain is telling me the only acceptable, mathematically sound option is to lower my car on coils, or have struts to match. But my wallet is really hoping that the springs are doing their job well enough and not ruining the struts. Opinions for those without sports suspension who lowered on springs?

PS: I have 19" M590's in the same finish on my A4

My car had the sport suspension already so the difference was less than someone starting with the non-sport of course. I've only got about 9 months (5k miles) on it so far, but it's perfect. That short trial time aside, this is my 3rd A4 on lowering springs & factory sport shocks and I've never had an issue. I have however had a slight bit of height change over time with the last two static setups, so I'm excited that these H&R VTF's are height adjustable just like coils. I wouldn't bother to do upgraded shocks as opposed to just going for full coil-overs. The cost savings would be negligible, and the labor is the same. Lets see some pics of those sexy wheels!

I'd say it's the best out there if you want something 'closer' to OEM. (I've tried other brands previously, H&R, etc).
There's a 10-stage damper (1 being softest) you can adjust (great thing is that the front and back are really easy to reach), I'm currently on 3/3 (f/r) and I must say it's probably the best setting if you want something comfortable. (I was on 7/7 before but it was a bit too stiff for the roads here in Hong Kong- i'm sure in North America it would be perfectly fine).

I had my ST XA coilovers installed last week. I want to raise the rear up a bit so I popped the wheel off and started turning the perch with the provided wrench and it did turn but did absolutely nothing to the height

The directions suck and don't show how to adjust the rear. Does anyone know how to adjust height on the rears? Do I need another tool or something?
