    Sound like max safe port is the consensus, and I agree. Jokerz, if I am not mistaken I spoke with you a couple of months ago, and you mentioned an area that traps a lot of heat that other platforms have relocated and seen 20 degree IAT drops. I think it was a bypass valve relocation (forgive me, if I am mistake- I've slept since then). Have you thought any more on this?

    I agree with those before saying max safe. For many of us these are our daily drivers so gaining 1mph in the quarter mile is not worth it if the charger could grenade at any time.

    I'm guessing it could be geared more towards the all out version?

    I managed to get a hold of the guy who took my picture prior (#75 car above), he's part of a local Audi group and randomly asked me if that I was my car on the facebook page. Here is my car vs. a build single-turbo Supra on a mid-level map. He had to crank it up on the next runs but I still managed to out trap him on the higher level maps. He did run a 10.89 though, but trapped 124mph that night where I trapped 126.08mph



    On this run below (my very 1st run of the night), I ran an 11.147@125.27mph vs. his 11.2x@123.xx mph. My timeslip says I got there .1707 of a second faster though but I think that time at the very bottom of the timeslip includes reaction time too.

    Actually, Matt has run faster with his ported blower than Loe has with Evan's.

    Evan will be porting my blower because I owe him some business. I was just stating that Joker has more expertise and experience.

    Jokers Performance Blower Porting

    No one can really judge anything

    Evans blowers work as good as the blowers I have out there which means we are dead even as far as results but Evan does have the fastest car with a ported blower. That means something

    My new blowers have been on cars for 3 weeks no one has tested or ran them yet. Do they do better then my old ones. No idea but I知 spending 2 extra on the bench doing this stuff. Dyno results are 7-8 hp greater. 7-8 hp though could be dyno difference. I always rule on cautious side

    Each dyno is different each car respond to mods differently

    So my ports may not be worth the extra money but we will see. So far on 3 other platform we have seen gains over normal.

    When Loe ran 10s he didn't even have a ported blower yet I believe? So he was already #1 before the port.

    Joker seems to be upfront and honest. I also have to give him/ them props for jumping in and expanding our platform. The fact that he's still tweaking things is pretty cool.
    I'm sure Evan is a straight shooter as well.

    I don't know what the $$ difference is between the two however Evan is down in FL while B is up in IL. It takes more coin to run a business in IL so if we are talking $50 to $100 bucks for similar "safe" power from two guys that give a shit about their work and what they put their name to then I think we all win for sure-

    I would not gripe about 5 to 10% more from one to the other....

    I've had cash in hand for the last month but have been so freaking busy that I can't find 2 sec to place the order. It kind of worked out for me as more power has been found in just the last month alone.... Now its like do I pull the trigger or wait a month of two, whats coming next..

    For what its worth I thank both these guys. Our 3.0 SC's aren't really a huge segment of the SC market in the bigger picture and I'm thankful I can find a bit more power-

    What cores does Jokers have available? I have a 2016, isn't there a slight difference between the two blowers (2010-2014 vs 2015 and up)?

    From my understanding, as long as you have a press on pulley they are the same.

    There is on the A6's and the Euro Spec S4's (although I thought it was 2016's and up). To my knowledge US S4's didn't get the Simos 16 engine, and stayed with the 8.5. If anyone has heard differently, please chime in.

    I believe some of the last 2016 models did have the newest Simos ECU but retained the standard blower.
