    White smoke during extended idle

    Hi guys,

First time really posting in the tech section.
I've recently encountered a situation where if I let my car idle for an extended period of time, say 10-15 minutes, the car will start to
    Smoke out the exhaust.

The first thing that popped into my head is potentially the pcv, since I know these go bad fairly often. Anyone else have any ideas as to what it could be?

There are no pending codes ATM.

I don't have much done to the car:
    Intake
    Test pipe

    Thanks guys,

Mine does this also randomly. Never got around to figuring it out.

There was also a pretty distinct smell for sure. I'm going to be changing my pcv, cam follower, and valve cover gasket this weekend.

If it still continues guess I'll have to do some more digging

I read somewhere that it might even be the actual valve cover. Apparently it can crack and could be a possible suspect. Also the oil cooler..
