**UPDATE**
Previous owner had a tune on the car at some point and they voided the warranty. Talked with them about how I didn't know, I didn't do it, blah blah. They of course don't care. Offered me several thousands of dollars off of any new car purchase and free Audi Care for that car. Everything seemed like a nice gesture but if the car is flagged and you "say" you'll never be able to sell it as a CPO, why not just fix my car instead of offering me $10K off a new one and free maintenance.
