Just wondering if anyone has ordered anything from Issam recently???I know he makes some great stuff,from oil pans,to pulleys,coolant flanges among other custom parts,pieces and permanent upgrades for most audi,vw and just about anything.The reason why I am asking is because I am having a bit of an issue.I placed an order for a Custom throttlebody flange .milled for a r32 throttle body with the air intake sensor in the flange and provision for meth as well.I sent payment on Feb 19.I confirmed Feb 20th that I what I wanted based on cad model Issam showed me.Feb 25th i reached out to Issam to see how he was making out with the flange,he told me we was working on it as we spoke.March 2nd I reached out again,Issam told me he just has to mill the provision for the meth nozzle nd then it would be done.March 6th I reached out and was told it should be done tomorrow.March 8th i got a confirmation that the flange was done and to expect it next week.March 15th I asked about the flange and was told it would ship that day.March 25th came and gone still no flange reached out March 25th and got a response that the address was wrong and that I would be reshipped.April 8th I reached out and said that I have a problem as I still done have my flange.I got a email back wit ha fedex tracking number.Label was created on 4.11.2017.April 14th I noticed the package hadnt moved and no updates were available.Onyl the fact that a shipping label was created.I reached out again and asked if theres any issues with the shipping or something.I was told it was a holiday and it wouldnt move until the following day.I reached out to Issam again.I didnt not get a response yet.I dont know if he's away or not.At this point I just dont know what to say.Its been 2 months and I still dont have a flange.Issam is normal a pretty good guy,i've never heard of people having issues with his products or services.So I'm stuck.I dont know wether I should hold out or get paypal to refund my money and find another vendor that will ship me a flange.Anyone knows whats going on??

He is generally pretty good to deal with, Although I've seen a small amount of gripes in the past about some delays on his part.

I belive he told me he was moving,I would assume moving his shop.But either way 2 months for a flange is still a long time.I dont know.I guess well see what his response is.

Give him benefit of the doubt. People may have personal gripes with him, but people are people and the world inevitably has courses that don't go exactly as one would wish. Give it some more time.

I picked up a throttle body and adapter plates from him. Took a little while, but was due to a delay related to the shop he uses for anodizing. I'd give him the benefit of the doubt. Patience will pay off in quality parts.

Everything got resolved,I received my flange yesterday.I must say it was worth the wait.Top quality work,very precisely machined!!!Couldn't be happier.Will definitely use his services in the future.
