    I have a case of boost juice sitting in my garage well half a case it came with one bottle half empty and wrapped in plastic it had leaked all over! I will only use it if I run out of D.O and can't get any more for some reason

    Ok guys I haven't gone to the track as of yet but I have been doing mods and testing with the p3 gauge (0-60 mph amd 0-100) I'm looking for a comparison to what some of you guys are achieving with 0-60 and 0-100 .as of now I have a 3.7 sec 0-60 and a 9.5 0-100 mph

    That's 93 oct and mods are roc intake muffler delete ,cts top fluid bottom at 189mm and a epl flash to bring it all together .hopefully more to come really soon

    Nice, I'm assuming you're letting it shift itself around 6300? A TCU tune would probably shave an easy 2 tenths off.

    EPL tune right?

    Did you figure out why your supercharger blew up?

    My guess is the oil overheated causing a lack of lubrication to the bearings witch will explain the reason why the noise has gone down in volume following a full night of cooling off

    Don tried but the mods wouldn't sticky it- we honestly should have subforums separating C7 3.0 & 4.0 cars

    Solid run for OTS APR Stg2. I'm planning on adding the crank pulley and doing some PM (carbon cleaning, plugs, etc) and heading out while we still have this cool air. Probably won't get around to it until the middle of May. That's great you went 11.9 with a solid trap. Gives me something to shoot for.
    Do it right, or don't bother.

    Itching to get my second pulley and app intercooler installed... and do some runs.

    From my experience when launching with APR tune... it seems to be quicker if done the following way:
    * Track control off (Dynamic Mode)
    * Manual mode (let auto shift)
    * Hold left-brake and load to 2500rpm
    * Release left-brake

    Haven't timed it yet but walked a Camaro RS with some mods... on a private road of course ;-)

    Appreciate any input on launch methods for A6's (C7)...

    First time ever at a drag strip, so I'm sure with time I'll do even better.

    2015 A6 3.0 S-Line (26,500 miles)
    APR Stage 1 93 Octane tune
    No other mods, all stock (even had the spare in the trunk)
    1/8th tank of gas
    Ambient temp about 63F
    Used launch control in manual mode.

    Agree on everything. I made about 8 passes yesterday at a test and tune event. Best pass was 12.56 @ 108 just a stage one APR tune all stock A6. That was launching around 2500 in manual mode letting it auto shift.

    I did try the same method but in sport mode, and it was just a bit slower. About 12.69 to 12.72 consistently. The manual mode worked best for me.

    Some decent times being put up here. Much more active than the S/Q5 guys too. We should combine the 4000+ lbs. 3.0T/ZF 1/4 mile threads, haha.

    One question- have you guys tried to turn off the auto upshift in manual?? This is so easy to do and will be worth a few tenths for sure on the more modded cars. I don’t see why it wouldn’t work, especially with stock or APR stage 1. The old stage 2 tunes were fine as well, but then they raised the rev limiter on the newest stage 2 tune which the ZF tcu didn’t like. APR worked with me to adjust it back to get the 6900 manual limit working again though, and I ran 12.0 with my heavier SQ5 and just a 187 crank on 93.

    awesome been looking for this.. waiting on my roc-euro intake (no surprise there), and my tune/tcm to come in and then to the track if its not here by next week ill be running stock as day during test and tune to get a good before and after comparison... only thing done so far is H&R Springs on 12 audi a7 3.0 tfsi prestigfe w/ sport package.. might toss it on the dyno here at work to get some base numbers before flashing and intake install........ awesome this got started..
