I need some help. I have a 2015 nardo grey RS7. I decided to remove the rear chrome Audi logo to replace with a black version. I used fishing string to cut the tape holding on the badge. After removal I used a micro fiber towel and began to rub the remaining adhesive off . The paint came off in big chunks just rubbed off. At no point during removal did I pull on the badge on the car. Now I have a mess and my local dealer says not a warranty item. I would understand but the panel under the paint you can tell is not prepped correctly. Is there anything you can do to help me with this issue?

The app won't let me upload any pictures.

    Regards,
    Troy
