17072/P0688/001672 - ECM Power Relay Load Circuit: (J271): Open Circuit

There are sensors and other things that can cause it not to start so start with the basics: You need 3 things to start. Air, fuel, spark.

Does your dash light up with the check engine light before you crank? Does the immobilizer light illuminate (Looks like a key)? Do you have fuel pump performance? Your ECM provides the injectors with pulse info to spray fuel so you could pull the injectors and see if they spray fuel when you crank.
