so i live in colorado where getting 93 octane is mostly impossible to get, i know of some gas stations the sell leaded 100 octane fuel, the gas door says use unleaded fuel only but was wondering if i can mix 100 octane and 91 octane to get 93 octane if i can do that how many gallons of each should i mix in order to get the 93 octane i need for the tune or should i just get the 91 octane tune instead or the 93 octane tune even though i heard the 93 octane is more HP

    i have an Automatic 2008 A4 S-line

Why not just save the trouble and go with what's readily available? I dont think the difference would be worth the hassle

Install a methanol system. It'll allow you to run 87 Octane if you set it up correctly...

Don't put leaded fuel in anytime. It will destroy your CAT. Add octane booster which you can buy off the shelf if you must.

Its up to you mate. If you add octane boost it will be fine, if you cannot do that, then tune appropriately.

You need four gallons of 100 octane mixed with a full tank of 91 to bring you up to 93 octane. You want unleaded fuel, though.

Leaded gas will damage your cat and o2 sensors.

VERY FEW Octane booster actually accomplish the goal of upping the octane in your tank. Especially the ones most common at gas stations. Two of the few that has shown to work are Torco http://torcoracefuel.net/pro-accelerator.html and Lucas http://lucasoil.com/products/fuel-tr...octane-booster neither of which is cheap, but that can get 91 to 93.

You are stuck with running the 91 tune, unless you start running a w/m system or seek out the small number of stations that have unleaded race fuel, but there are a few in Denver, I used to take my 5 gallon jug with me when I came down. I caught a break living in Northern Colorado, as I was able to drive up to Cheyenne where they had 93 at the pump.
