Ok, I have corrected all the issues on the car. I can't seem why I can't get full boost. I have corrected all the CEL's and everything. I have boost leak tested and found issues and corrected them. Now it will Hold 20psi within a decent amount of time. I have checked both of my DV valves and they don't leak. I have checked all the major stuff and everything seems fine. My EGT's are coded out for time being. Both o2's are brand new. Not sure where my next step should be to check the issue. It make fine stock boost. Then I had it flashed and it won't boost correctly. Here is a log

Do you know what your max boost should be? Can you post an ecuxplot screen shot of boost and WG duty cycle the log info you posted is impossible to read. What turbos are you running? 20psi close to maxed out on K03s.

It looks like you let off at 4500rpm why did you not rev it out to redline. Is this in 3rd gear? The log was with vcds right? From what I can tell your wgduty cycle/pid control could be adjusted a little to increase actual boost closer to requested.

I let off when it hit max boost and wouldn't go any higher. How do you adjust the N75 or should I get a new one.

Depending on what turbos you have your boost can taper off. What turbos do you have? What tune do you have? N75 duty cycle is adjusted in the tune so you can't adjust it manually.

I have a Nef Moto tune that a guy on here gave me. I believe I have K03 turbo's. Is there an easy way to tell which ones I have. I bought the car from someone who's previous owner to them resealed the entire engine and installed new turbos on the car. You can tell they are new. But I can't get to see the data plates on the turbos to get a good confirmation number on there. I tried with a mirror and can't get a good view.

If it's a tune off of NefMoto and you are not storing a fault for underboost than your prob good.

Yea the only faults I had were for EGT's and O2's . The EGT's were coded out until I get the new boards for them. And I replaced the O2's with new ones. So all the codes are gone. But It should be making 15psi though. The requested vs actual doesn't match is that an issue?

Don't worry about replacing the egts you don't need them. Yah the requested is 15psi but either your turbos can't keep up or you still might have a slight leak somewhere either from your DV's or a oneway check valve or the WG duty cycle may need to be adjusted a little.

From what I remember correctly when I had a B5 back in the day. My factory Ko3's held apr stage 1 power just fine and made the 15-17lbs with no problem. I have never used this kind of software before. I have just used main stream software before. The turbo's should be able to keep up right? If not then what is the issue with that?

Ok I disconnect the vacuum lines that run to the turbo wastage to the N75 and if the waste gates stay shut and are suppose to I can't build pay 13-14 psi. So I don't think its a N75 valve issue. So its either a boost leak which i can't find. Or something mechanical with the wast gates. But I checked the linkage and its nice an tight. Will the waste gates stay closed forever or atleast build over 20psi without opening on their own under exhaust pressure if the vacuum lines are disconnected from the N75 just confirming?
