    Loss of power while accelerating

I was finishing up a 200 mile drive home and after about 150 miles I was cut off by a semi switching into my lane so I had to slam my brakes. After this the car didn't make any sounds but my traction control light came on and when I tried to accelerate there was a lot of power missing. Now it comes on whenever I hit my brakes and there is still very noticeable power loss.

I had my oil changed the day before, any ideas on what the issue could be or recommendations are appreciated.

    I have a 2008 a4 Quattro 2.0t with 78000 miles

Scan your car mate. Don't drive it until you do.

In the meantime check your brake booster vacuum tube is connected and everything else is connected under the hood.
