Mtm rs6 ?

Hello all. Wondering if anyone might have an answer for me.
I'm looking at a rs6 for sale near me and it has an mtm badge on the back. I spoke with the seller ,whose the second owner and he said he got the car from a dealer like that and he doesn't know what was done to it. Any ideas? I'll paste the add discription :

Almost certainly just an MTM ECU and/or TCU tune.

I would love to take a ride in that monster. One of the fastest cars I ever rode in was one of the Audi gt's. I don't remember the year model but it was one of the 80's model cars. I remember the crazy whistle from the bov and the way it was hard to breath when my uncle stomped it. That little car was around 500hp so 577 in an awd car would be nuts.
