Will 18 inch wheels fit Q5 3.0T?

Don't know if the caliper/rotor combo are too big for 18 inch wheels. Don't really want to run 19 inch snows again.

I have 17" for sale. Can meet you closer to Vermont line. 17 Fits as I have 3.0t.
