You'll need to raise the car up on jacks to get the spanner wrench on regardless. But once it's up, on the bottom of the height adjustment collar is an allen key hole (sorry, forgot its size but keep trying 'till one fits-all I know it's it's metric). You'll need an 8"+ extension to reach up, but add that to the allen key socket attachment and the ratchet of course, and stick it up through the bottom spring perch to raise/lower the car while using the spanner wrench as an anchor to hold the collar in place. Make sense?

EDIT 2: I just rewatched that video and noticed he took his wheel off. I was able to adjust my rear V3's with the wheels on (up & down). Just need to be very creative with how you place the spanner.
