Most of the members here run an intake, pulley, and tune....maybe a cat back. And most of us run pump gas.
The next logical step in modifying is to jump to a dual pulley ultracharged car.
Screw dynos. Screw track times.
I want to see some 20mph, 40mph, and 60mph pulls between the car most of us run vs the upgrade we're all considering.
How much harder does it pull?
I want to see a head to head.
Last year when that piece of shit SC upgrade came out there were numbers flying around all over the place. Then if i'm not mistaken one ran 10's....and we got all excited....then we all found out it was Gutted....LOL
THEN...we saw a Stage 3 car vs a GIAC Stage 2 car and the stage 2 car pulled on it...every time. That was...for me...a deciding factor in ever even considering upgrading the SC.
APR claims there are hundreds of orders for the ultracharger. a few members here have already reported installation.
Lets see some head to head pulls so we can really decide if it's worth the upgrade.
Otherwise.....it's just going to be hundreds of pages of back and fourth BS on the internet.
