    At idle when cold the motor stumbles. When warn smooth. ICM deleted already. Only at idle.

    Had this problem with my A6.
    Assuming plugs and ignition coils are in good order this issue 10000% is one or both of your precat O2 sensors.
    Took me 2 months to figure this out.

    possibly air flow turbulence pre-MAF.
