Hey guys, first time owning a car with HID's and my passenger light is pink..gonna assume it's going out lol

What type of headlights does my car take? I have no owners manual and I've been trying to look it up and I'm getting all different types of answers.

One person at autozone said it's $100 for them, and someone at advanced auto said they where $59..both different types of bulbs..wtf

Hopefully you just can help me

The bulbs are D1S, IIRC. 4300 K are the stock kelvin rating.

They are D1S, there is a way to convert to D2S.

D1S is what you need... You want to get Osram CBI D1S bulbs... Trust me, you get what you pay for.

Dido on what lucidmatt paid. Best price- Amazon of course. Osram/Sylvania, D1S. The S4 has the exact same as my B7 A4 SLine adaptive headlamps. Use this link from now on- I've been using it for many years; http://www.osram-americas.com/en-us/...s/lrgmain.aspx

I swapped my bulbs out with a set of morimoto's from theretrofitSource.com
60 for the pair, never happier. I went with the 5500 K as well. In my opinion, it is worth saving the hundred and forty dollars over the osrams to just go with these

Oh and best of luck changing the bulbs as the bumper need to come off to swap them. Yes it can be done without removing the bumper, but to be 100% honest with you, it is a lot easier to just remove the bumper and pull the headlight housings out then it is to deal with trying to get the bulbs and without removing the bumper

THIS! I went to change city light bulbs a couple years back and while trying to access the driver's side, snapped the nipple to the coolant reservoir return line Unfortunately car hadn't cooled down all the way and so coolant sprayed everywhere!
