The joint press conference of Audi and Audi Sport takes place 8:35 a.m. on Tuesday, March 7 – the brand with the four rings is broadcasting the event live via satellite, on the Internet and via Smart TV. The conference of Audi Sport GmbH will follow immediately after. Recordings of the press conferences as well as additional TV footage will be available after the events end at www.audimedia.tv.

The press kit for Audi at the Geneva Motor Show will be available for downloading starting at 8:50 a.m. on March 7, 2017, from www.audi-mediacenter.de.

Can't wait!!! I'm curious to see how the front end differs from the A/S5.

Wasn't a big fan first time I saw the front end of the A/S5, now I dig it.

It seems like the standard mods for the A/S5 mods are based off the RS.

Very disappointed! They managed to add everything that drove me away from the M3/4. Too many lines, bulging headlights, Fake front air intake scoops, complicated wheels, Even the rear wing they removed it and added a "line". Sorry Audi, your carbon fiber parts would't make it up for me. It seems to me that Audi cared more about the TTRS rather than the RS5.

agreed. the TTrs is stellar and prob the best looking new gen audi imo.

Also, that ZF8 is an awesome transmission. I prefer it to S-Tronic.

Well you have to remember Porsche will be bringing something likely in the next year utilizing the same platform - smaller Panamera, but technically better along with more $$$. Likely use the Porsche 8-speed DCT thats already in the Panamera using the same engine, and a revised suspension...I bet will have the sports diff as a standard option too lol. Might be a reason the RS5 Sportback may not come, but would be a good reason why they use the cheaper ZF transmission in the RS5 for cost and avoiding competing with the new 'baby Porsche'

Agree w/stitching & contrast stitching around interior, pop-up nav screen & dash. Aside from that, not so much but no Cab available @this time anyway. Really like the looks of the TTRS Cab but my last 5cyl was in a 1987 Coupe GT. Far more HP potential w/tunes but I love the Cab I have now. Just brings a teenage grin every time I start it up 😏.

The b9 has been growing on me and the RS front really works with the funky hood design. I'm sold! Looking forward to these hitting stateside next year.

Not a huge fan of the hood, or the rear end all that much, but it's always hard to tell from pictures. Overall, I think the outside is just ok. It's not as sexy as the B8.5 with all the curves instead of sharp lines, but it's not terrible looking. The interior looks pretty good with the stitching, quilting, and all Alcantara wheel.

I don't feel so bad now with buying my B8.5 last year.

I'm assuming it's going to be severely underrated... The F80 M3 gained 70whp over the outgoing E9X model despite only gaining 11hp on paper. If the RS lags behind the F80 M3 in power despite that car being three years old already, that would be a massive failure by Audi.

That's not a vent, that's a grill But regardless, there is air going into them as well as air feeding in behind those grills, from the vents next to the main singleframe

You guys are crazy. This thing looks great. I am a longtime RS owner, and I can tell you a few things I like about this. First, I think that grill does limit my concern I had with the hood before on the A5/S5. I think the lines flow a bit better than on the B8 RS5. I also like the rear arches, I think it gives it quite an aggressive look. The door sills and rear look great. The engine will be more tunable than the current B8 RS5, which should make it fun. Lastly, we can all say we have a cool Porsche engine in the car now :) I loved my B8 RS5, but I really like the look of this new B9.
