A few days ago, it was really cold and I had gotten a car wash the day before so everything was frozen under.
Since my handbrake does not work, the car was parked in first gear. I get in and try to take it out of gear but it was frozen and wouldn't move at all.
So I start the car and let it warm up for 15 minutes so the transmission can heat up and I can pull it out of gear. For 15 minutes, I stood there holding my clutch all the way in as I had no choice.
Now since that day, whenever I try to get the car rolling in first gear there is a slight jerking feeling. No matter what I do, I cannot get the jerky feeling to go away in first gear except when I rev a bit extra around 1500rpm. It may also feel like the car takes a while to start rolling, not sure if it's just my mind playing tricks.

Car drives fine in every other gear, didn't notice no slipping or smell.
Now I know how to shift lol but did I damage the clutch or flywheel by holding it in for 15 minutes while it was warming up?
