So its my first time dealing with this company and not sure how to take them. I know some people have ordered and loved them as they have a almost 5 star review but me not so much.
I ordered a rs5 grill for them as I am switching up the front of my A5. Small crack in the bumper and figured I would just throw the Reiger RS5 front end on since it needs repairs. Well anyways when I ordered the grill it said it would ship out on Febuary 26th. I ordered it on I want to say the 23rd or 24th. I got an email later saying it would be shipped out possibly on March 6th. I emailed them back asking what the delay was and got no email back after it says respond to this email if you have any questions. Two days went by and I emailed again. Still no email back three days later. I called them yesterday and the guy on the phone was very short. I asked what the delay was and he said they are waiting on a shipment of them. Totally understand and I asked why I was not getting a email back to my sent ones and he could not answer that. I asked if there was anything they could do about it since I was not pleased with their service and his service at the time. He said he could throw some stickers in the box as I already got free shipping on the grill. Everything on their site is almost free shipping. I am not happy with their service at all. Is this common with them? or was this just a one time fluke and the guy on the phone was possibly having a bad day.
