    Fog light housing replacements

I have been looking for some fog light replacements. I live in the middle of no where. So I use my lights. Winter time is the worse. I have been running 55w hid in the fog lights. Which are great. The light output is exactly what I need. The down side is they have melted the reflector. And now it's a brownish yellow color. And looks like s#!+. They actually get so hot that the lens it's self has fallen off and I had to use Some epoxy as a temporary tempory fix. I'm doing changing my fog lights when its -10 outside. Some of the replacements I have found have a glass lense some with plastic. Any real difference between these. Also I was looking and swapping out the HID for a LED in hopes it won't melt the lenses. But I need a good amount of light output . anybody have recommendations for those. I'm willing to spend some money for a quality part. Since we are on the top of lighting I have the factory xenon headlights. And they just don't light up that great. I have swapped out the bulbs. Which has helped. But could the factory ballast be getting weak? Is that even a thing. Thanks for any help and advice

Look into LED bulbs, give as much light or more than HIDs without the heat, but pricier.
For replacement fogs, I bought them online from AliExpress when a rock broke one of mine, price is great and fitment is OEM like.

Check out these fogs. They are super bright white. I love them because they are not yellow.

Look up V-LEDs. I've had them for a few months. They aren't cheap but are VERY quite and really good quality. Haven't heard anything but amazing things about them and I love mine. You won't be disappointed
