I have one that's leaking and for the life of me I can't figure out how to remove it. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Are you looking to replace it with a new one or stop the leak?
You can stop the leak by plugging the hose from the washer pump leading to the headlight washers.

You have to pull the front bumper cover off, they mount from inside the bumper. Not overly difficult, just time consuming, and expensive if you're replacing the washer.

I would have to replace it due to where I live. I have taken off the bumper and removed the 2 screws, but couldn't get it out.

You have to pull the washer apart it is spring loaded and will try and pinch your fingers, after it is extended you can see where the washer cover is just snapped in, pry the washer cover off the jet be gentle it will break. After that the jet bolts come out and the assembly comes out the bottom. Hope this helps!

Also be very careful with the headlight washer covers. They are brittle and can break easily.
