Has anyone done this before? Any negative side-effects?

Found a low mile set of ST coils that were used on a B8 S4 sedan for cheap and was hoping I could run these on my Avant.

ST has different part numbers for the sedan/avant, but the sedan ones fit both the A4 and S4, which I find strange. The weight difference between an A4 sedan and an S4 sedan is greater than the difference between A4 sedan and avant, albeit the weight difference is in the back of the car vs the front.
