    CTS Turbo Intake Install - Help!!

    Is there a trick to getting the filter to fit over the tube? I can't get it to work for the life of me. I am starting to think I was sent the filter. The filter doesn't go into the tube, does it?

    100% wrong filter, did they ship you any vacuum line? They forgot to include it in my order...

    I got the vacuum line, just the wrong filter. On the bright side, I got to tear out and reinstall the old intake system in the same night. So that's fun.

    I'm guessing you need to call them and ask that they send you the correct filter. I'm not sure how often CAI filters need to be replaced, but would it be asking too much for them to compensate you by sending an additional filter for their screw up and your trouble/extra effort?

    I have tried to call them... all I get is a voicemail that says to email them.

    I emailed them last night.

    I sent them a Facebook message this morning.

    The only thing left is smoke signals and/or carrier pigeon.

    We shall see.
