Audi B7 A4 Cleaning black leather trim

I recently left my windows down to air out my Audi, which I never do, and of course it ended up raining hard last night. I rushed out this morning when I realized the windows were still down and after drying everything (with a blue towel) noticed water streaks? on my car door panel by the handle. I'm not sure what the material is called because its not as supple as the leather on my car seats(maybe thats on purpose) but its got a leathery feel. Anyways, anyone have any advice on how to clean it? I'm not sure if the streaks(which are blue) are left from me using a blue towel to clean them or the water itself but it looks really bad.
