Allroad Blau sport swap question

The Blau sport conversation kit for a c5 allroad has a spacer where the top hat mounts to make the car sit around level 2. My question has anyone removed the spacer? I know the Arnott conversion is very similar so if they have a spacer as well has anyone removed that any info on this topic would be great.

I have the same setup on my allroad. Trying to find out myself. I was told that the spacer can be removed.
