Anyone have any advice on removing these T30 Star bolts? I've broken 7 bits so far, used an impact wrench and can't get them to budge. Any ideas?

Use Apex bits with a breaker bar.

Okay I finally got all but 3 bolts removed from both heads. In frustration I went and bought 3 different T30 bits from Lowes Hardware, and another two different brands from O'Reillys. The one that worked came in a pack of bits from O'Reilly's "PowerTorgue tools- Stubby Star Bits" used with an impact wrench. The remaining three bolts are stripped, so I'll find a way of getting those off this afternoon, luckily my local Audi/VW repair shop had a spare head (with cams, retainers, valves etc) and the owner sold it to me for $100 in case I needed valves, so I'll replace the stripped bolts with ones from that head. Problem Solved 👍
