Dealer fees on new vehicle

Hi all,

I'm interested in getting a new Q7. Does anyone happen to know if scada2, AoA LA DAA, and prep and inspection fees are required? Or can i negotiate to get the dealers to waive any of them?
I already tried searching on the forum and on google. The most up to date article i found was in 2013. I'm looking to acquire the vehicle from a cali dealer. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

I believe it is required, however they can be rolled into the loan / lease amount and be compensated by applying incentives and/or reducing final selling price.

I'd make them roll it into the price you negotiate for... an, "out the door" price, so to speak. If they dont do that, I'd go find a dealer who would.
