Dead battery need advice

So the battery died and I used a Ctek and fully charged it. Everything else is fine except for the MMI interface which is not displaying anything on the screen.
Anyone come across this issue?

You may need to do an MMI reset. I can't recall the buttons to push (3) simultaneously, but it's in the manual. Might also want to check your fuses. Otherwise, the only time I've had my screen go dark was when I had to replace it in my 2009 A4 (non-MMI). I was told that the screens die quite often and are a weakness in the system. Cost me around $500 CDN for the screen that I bought from the dealer and had an indie install it for free.......
