look at white dog racing. They just released a pretty complete STK set up that's worth looking at and there is always project B5 as well.

Redrockets4 is considering selling his single turbo setup with or without engine (drop in ready, plug and play). It is not off the shelves kit and actually built like an enthusiast would want.

Message him and I'm sure you'll get a better idea.

The turbo mounting flange in the pics on their facebook seems like it positions the turbo pretty high (too high to fit?). Have you seen any pics of a complete kit with the turbo mounted?
