Is Capristo quieter WOT then AWE Track Extreme?

Wondering if the Capristo exhaust is quieter WOT then my current AWE Track Extreme on my RS5? Planning on changing because I can't take the drone and from what I read Capristo doesn't drone. Just wondering how the Capristo compares WOT.

Capristo +awe dps. If you want more loud. There a vid somewhere of wot on my posts. If you wanted to hear it. Could always go custom, and keep the valve system in. Just make sure the shop knows what they doing and don't do shit welding and good bends.

Not looking to be louder. If anything I would like it a little quieter then the Extreme. Just really need to be 100% there is NO DRONE before pulling the trigger! And would like to know that the sound on the Capristo is nice as I have a convertible and don't want an annoying lawn more sound. I need more input. Its so hard to tell from the videos. Wish someone in South Florida would chime in that has one.

You won't be disappointed with the Capristo. No drone in comfort mode and if you want it to sing, pop it into dynamic/sport mode.

I pulled the trigger and put the Capristo on. Wow, couldn't be happier! I will say the videos that are out there do not represent the sound WOT. It's truly amazing. It's definitely a Jekyll and Hyde system. In drive it's nice and quiet for long rides or if I have a client in the car and when it's in sport/dynamic mode look out. It is much quieter then the AWE Extreme I had even WOT but loud enough to turn heads. There is not one bit of drone when in drive which was my ultimate reason for switching from the AWE. It's pricey but you clearly get what you pay for.

Not sure on the splitter as it was on the car when I got it. Here is a pic of the emblem. Hope it helps!

A slight word of caution ~ the wife & "your" car. My CFO/wife has NEVER been into cars until I got this one. She could have cared less ~ the 1st S4 Cab or the S5 Cab, but when ( & w/no hesitation) the RS5 Cab came home she started showing more interest. Slowly but surely she "asks" if she can take "my" car to work & now that the weather is just ~ perfect for top down driving (which given your location I'm sure U enjoy more than we do) it is an everyday thing if the weather is cooperating. NEVER B 4 did she care ~ rain, but now, we "share". Additionally, she has started " asking" me if I "detailed" the car B 4 she drives it to work, " 'cause, U know, it just looks SOOOOO much better when it is clean"! NOT kidding!! The performance "bug" has finally bitten her & she admitted she "gets it" now when I speak highly/glowingly of HP autos. BE VERY careful ~ how often your wife drives your new Cab. It may soon become " her" car. BTW, congrats on the new Cab, Cab drivers unite!! We R a rare breed indeed!!! Take a look @Hippyshakes for some exquisite "mods ", best looking Cab I've seen on the forum. Mine is just like his, minus all the super sexy upgrades, haha.

Love it!!!!! And yes down here in Florida I've been able to take advantage of the weather. I've owned the car for about 6 weeks and the top has been down for 5 of them:) love Hippyshakes car as well. I got the Capristo after reading his review.

Oh my God, I think she's infected with HPAD!!! ( High Performance Audi Driving ) , thus literally just happened. She had to go to a factory today for a tour, inspection, recommendations for work and that factory was about 6 miles from the house. After the tour because the weather is so beautiful, 70 and partly cloudy, zero humidity, she decided to bring her 2015 Q7 home, drop it off and take the RS5 Cabriolet back to work because "you know it's just so much fun to drive when it's this beautiful out." Of course I'm off today so guess what I did this AM, that's right U guessed it, a complete wash/detail which she was even happier to see. What have I done? 🤔🤔

A monster indeed, but now that the pool is open & picture perfect for swimming/water lounging, I'm hoping that takes some of her focus off the car & more to "pool lounging". Who knows, but a good problem to have.
