    APR DP and Upgraded Mufflers?

So I recently got the APR DP and HFC with the stage 2 reflash.
From reading on the forums it seems that most of the power I can get from the exhaust/DP is from the DP and reflash and that the Catback would be minimal gains but better sound.
I was wondering if I could just get aftermarket mufflers to get a better, deeper sound while keeping between the CC and the muffler the same.
If so what kind of mufflers would work? My car is a 2009 A4 Avant (Dual Exit).

Probably not worth to do... The dp actually brings some nice tone to the stock mufflers!...
But maybe a set of magnaflow mufflers to replace the dual stock ones may work well.

Actually looking through the exhaust thread Im thinking I will go the route Poodini went. But I would probably need 2 mufflers since I have dual exit, right? Or is there just one center muffler that splits out to the two mufflers at the back?

You could do either setup. If you want more noise reduction, then go with dual rear resonators/1 per side. If you want a more aggressive tone, straight pipe off a single middle resonator which had a dual outlet.

Thanks again man. This will probably be on the back burner until I get the 3.0 IC installed
