    Hey guys and gals!

I posted a thread about trying to pick new wheels for my a4 b7 quattro, and because of your help i have narrowed it down and have a good idea of where i will go. But now i have a new thread devoted to getting my car into better shape body wise.
my car has some spots and a few dents and i have had quotes on getting it all fixed ( all over 1300 bucks).
    Anyways heres my car.
    Front/passenger http://imgur.com/4q5Rhfg
    Front On http://imgur.com/ifyEFLm
    Front/Driver http://imgur.com/vxyiR0N

Shes in good mechanical shape and is mostly OK except for some body issues as follows.
    Burnt out mirror http://imgur.com/I1OFllJ
Bad paint spot on drivers door http://imgur.com/Nsecafs also some very small scratches around drivers door handle.
Trunk had people bump into it and some rust spots forming http://imgur.com/kmew9XT
Front drivers fender http://imgur.com/beI49Ya and rear drivers fender http://imgur.com/9u5mC3z

Now heres what i found when i went to the local "U pick" parts thing. For those who dont know you pay to get in and take the parts off yourself for massive savings.
Drivers door/Fender,Mirror http://imgur.com/CVhV3Bv only missing bottom of door trim which i can take from my door. http://imgur.com/ekY0RT2
    trunk http://imgur.com/Gmuz1sH
Now i have time and i have friends who will help, but i wanna know how hard its going to be to make 1 functional door out of the 2, remove and replace my fenders, remove and replace trunk and lights.
Is there something on the electronic side im missing that would make this difficult? is there a way to just peel of the outer door skin from the old instead of replacing whole door?
are there anythings i can ruin by not being careful like clips or wires that could ruin the whole project?
I feel like i found a goldmine with this wreck being that its b7 and my color and alot of the parts are rust/dent free. How should i tackle this? and what tools do you think i would need / be handy to have?

As a bonus heres the RS style grill i just found online to swap in~!

Truck has wiring for lights. Be careful. Front bumper isn't too hard to remove and swap.

I hear that doors are hard to hang correctly and im worried about the fine adjustments like for minimizing panelgap.

There are far fewer sellers of these than the ones with the plateholder molded in. Maybe they saw a market for these and started production?!?
