Rear lower control arm tie rod bar?

Hi I'm in the middle of installing some 034 subframe bushings along with few other suspension goodies, one of them being the s4 spindles.
Upon taking of of the old spindles and control arms I find out the "tie rods"
    Part # 8E0 501 529 G

Are frozen to the spindles and pretty bad I fail to see how this is supposed to articulate under normal conditions.
From the looks of it there's a metal outer part that presses into the spindles, some people talk about there being bearings?
Is there a special way these come out? I don't see much info on them anywhere maybe I didn't search good enough, but I didn't find much on it.

Mine seam to be frozen I don't think it's intended to be that way is there anyway to keep from this? Doesn't look like there's any aftermarket options.
Unless the b5 are the same 034 makes some

    Doesn't look that way.

    Found in durk's post #19
Saying the later tie rods are weaker but I guess that Dosent help me figure it out as much I'll have to press them out tommorow and have a better look.

Pic of the spindles removed with tie rods stuck to them

I bought brand new ones for my rear subframe refresh. They are simply stuck together. Try acetone/atf mixture to remove the rust holding them together.

Costco 92 Octane Gas - MANN Air Filter - 235/35/19 Tires w/ 36 PSI (cold) Tire Pressure - Grey Plastic Valve Stem Caps - 0° Front Toe - Rotella T6 5W-40 - 2 OEM B6 Keys - 18x8" Spare - Coin & Pen Filled Center Console - Rain-X on all 8 windows & Napa Cold Temp Washer Fluid - Bosch Wiper Blades (Valeo wipers suck big time!) - S4 Trunk Latch - Craftsman Tire Pump w/ Automatic PSI Shutoff - Belly Pan Delete (Weight Savings) - 3D Printed Rear Warning Triangle latch - 174,000 Miles & Counting

    Thanks for the reply,
    Can I ask you ?
How do you know when it's good to replace them just if the bushings are worn?
Is there a bearing in any part of these or the spindle?
I swore I read somewhere that there was but had doubt. Lol knowing me it was probably for a different vehicle.

No bearings, just bushings. I just bought replacements because I found them new aftermarket for $20 each shipped. Figured it was a cheap replacement.

It's a stamped piece of metal with bushings fit into it, which can probably be sourced individually to replace if you want, to save cost over buying a whole piece, or using a spare core set to work on in your spare time, I have an extra set.

That "stuck" you describe, I think, is an OD inside of an ID.

After all, why wouldn't it be together like that, since it gets held together with a tightened bolt and sandwiched.

Maybe that side curves inward to act as a stop for the bushing, where it can't be pressed in any further? Similar to bearings inside of hubs. In which case, could that make it safe to hammer it off? I'm just saying because I'd be scared to start blindly swinging a sledgehammer because if you're planning to re-use parts then it may not be a good idea to accidentally bend metal.
