Question Audi engine codes and part numbers

    Hello guys!

I need some help to identify my engine and my cylinder head.
My car is a 1989 Audi 100 2.3 E what is originally fitted with a 121 Kw 10 V turbo engine MC engine code.
But somebody is modified it to naturally aspirated.
So what I have is all of these numbers:
    1. Engine code is MC 030246*
    2. Engine Block part number 054 103 021
    3. Cylinder head par number 034 103 373 P
    4. ECU number Bosch 0 280 800 252 part number is 443 906 264 C
The car have Ke-jetronic fuel system .

Question time: The engine is really a 10 V turbo ? If yes I can build it back with manifold , turbo , ecu ? If not it is turbo ready engine? This ECU is tuneable? (with chip) Or I just bought a crap car ?

Thanks for your help and really sorry for my bad English.

Looks like MC (2.2T) block with NF (2.3 not-T) head. Computer is for non turbo jetronic, for NG/NF.

A '89 100 2.3E should have NF engine originally. (the turbo engines were all 2.2L).
