This doesn't bother me because.. Well.. I'm inside the car and can't see the problem.

But I've hesitated to get their fog light kit for exactly this reason, so yeah x2 if anyone has any intel/experience, feedback most welcome

+1 on the hesitation for c6 platform too.

I've been reading that's it's hard to do led upgrade to ANY of the lights due to the error checking.

I read you have to put the proper resistor behind any and all lights you do upgrade.

Would very much like to have the yellow fog lights, rains a lot here in BC Canada...

If you want to use LED bulbs without errors just modify the current sense threshold for the bulb circuit in question. I haven't checked but assume it is just a simple resistor change like with C5/D2/B5/etc? Then you can run any LED you want.

Ahh yes so these are the bulbs that are not DOT certified, they blind oncoming drivers and the state police in my state ticket the drivers for them and force them to install DOT certified bulbs. Genius

We have to assume you are sharing your own bad experience with a different product because we never personally seen glare or a bad cut-off with our LEDs but you can always align bulbs after installing if you do see issues even though that is rare.

For example - new D3S LEDs - you can see the reviews in the listing - this is one of our most popular sellers:

These create the same cut-off as OEM but are brighter and spread a lot more light on the road. It is difficult to keep these in stock as once someone sees the difference they are ordering for all their vehicles and sharing with friends that then buy this kit.
