AEB Build! First time attempt! Please Review...Any advice is welcoming!

So I am doing my first aeb build and so far I have removed the engine and tranny and purchased the ra4 stg 2 clutch with light weight flywheel and rs4 clutch, f21 frankenturbo, cx racing fmic, cx racing coilovers, supertech valve spring set (which I am selling the titanium valve retainers and using stock), ported and polished the exhaust ports and bowls on head, pro comp boost guage, vr6 maf, arp head bolts, all new front end parts, rs4 mounts, new slave cylinder, ie engineering manual timing set, supertech exhaust and intake valve(saying im not revving past 7500 rpms), apr dv. Many others not mentioned. This car is fwd and will definitely love advice on tires to keep them planted. As for bottom end are my questions.... Well I work at an machine/engine shop first of all, so all work on engine is mwah. In taking apart the engine I found the balance shaft bearing are toast...Missing pieces as if whoever owned the car before me did a cold start and drive quite frequently. Second of all has anybody had any luck from using pistons rated at 83 mm? That is 2mm overbore which is damn near 80 over. Is there a performance increase in bottom end period on that bore/ Second of all, I never see eagle rods on here because I figure people are going by what is "specified" to be used with vag. Any down sides to this? Probably not... Third of all I'm going with United Motorsports tuning with 630 cc injectors (have not purchased yet). I understand the f21 frankenturbo is a down play for my build and would love to get larger turbo eventually (maybe 3071) but could I even possible hit 300 hp to the wheels or has anybody made this with a frankenturbo? I wish to achieve 22-28 lbs of boost. I'm sure there is many mods not listed but this is bread and butter please enlighten this bullshitter from the god fathers that have paved the way.

Exactly that... 300 hp. Just wanted something somewhat quicker that the typical daily but wanted future room to possibly build if I decided I like the set up.

I wouldn't bother with over boring the block. Just use AEB pistons and youll be good. I would like I think you stated, is to put forged rods in it. There are a few vendors that sale 1.8t spec rods. If youre going to get a tune from UM just get the stage 4 that way if you do go bigger on the turbo the tune can use it. Also you may want to post in the a4/B5 project section. You'll get more input from others along with info from other builds. Not a lot of people check into this section.
