    Need Help ( Camber Kit..)

    I have recently dropped my car and after getting my wheels and tires I was going to get my alignment done and they told me i needed a CAMBER KIT.. I have been calling around to discover that no one can help me find a place to buy a camber kit... have any of you guys who dropped your cars ever had to purchase this..??

    search for a K-Mac kit. Probably the cheapest option in relation to CPP arms.

    you can adjust camber in the front and the back though. i've done it.

    and do you really "need" to use a camber kit? haven't most people done their drops without them?

    i personally don't think you don't need to. I'm at -1.5 degrees camber all around. for reference the infiniti g35 coupes' factory camber setting is -2 degrees and during the time i worked there I've only seen a few tires with camber wear. it was mainly wear from the toe setting being off. i have no problems with my camber setting as far as camber wear. and i set my camber using the factory camber adjustment

    I'll be getting Koni COs sometime after Christmas. Should I tell the local VW shop just to allign my car or set the camber to -1.5 degrees. I would love the incresased handling but I'm not sure if they'll do this and I definetly can't afford premature tire wear.
