How common is an A7 with no air ride suspension? Mine is a European model and it doesn't have air suspension (does have other audi connect options).

Do all A7s in the US have air suspension?

There are exactly 0 A7's in the USA with OEM air ride. They're all on springs here.

Huh? But don't they all have the MMI setting to raise and lower the car via Audi connect? Doesn't that require air suspension?

No they have a static ride height and only adjustable dampers. They get a choice of stiff or soft ride, not height adjustable.
