Standard on the C7 S's. I know it was specifically mentioned in the 2013 media kit, but haven't followed since then.

I checked the 2013 S7 media package and it only referenced aluminum door sills.

Good to know it's standard. Do you know if it's powered by a switch or mmi setting? A couple cars i looked at didn't illuminate when i opened the doors.

As far as I'm aware, it's all automatic (at least mine are)

The illuminated door sill trims and displays (Audi MMI and driver information system) greet the driver with the S7 logo.

Illuminated door sills are also show as standard on the S7 on pages 20 and 21.
