    I just updated the first post with pictures. There are no issues with the display and the cluster was working fine.

    How hard is this to replace; mine has the dead pixels in the center display...I'd like to change it if not hard.

    Swapping clusters is not difficult. But you'd need to adapt it to your car. Do you have a licensed version of VCDS with a genuine cable? If yes, it can be done. I'll PM you.
