Bought the car about a month ago and was planning on doing this sooner but I'm very pleased with the numbers.

    175-165-175-180

Cylinder 2 could be a little better but with over 200k miles I can't ask for much more than that!

AMB engine code if anyone was curious. Car was warmed up and test was done with throttle wide open.

Not bad. Did you also do a leakdown test? That's a better indication of what shape it's in.

Nope, I would've done a leakdown if I got worse results than I did. The car doesn't give me any indication of engine troubles so I think I'm in the clear.

If the car is off, putting your foot WOT, I don't think makes a difference to throttle plate, as it is electronically controlled? #'s all look good. 3rd cylinder I dont like being that much off the rest though. Quality tester?

When I did my car (04, 130K miles). I was from inside the range of 169-175 between all 4 cylinders.

Well the car isn't technically off since you're cranking it, the accessory power would be on... Not really sure, I read a diy and it said to go WOT.

Yeah it was a quality tester, I also read as long as they're within 10% of each other then there's nothing to worry about. So even though the 165 is low, it's still within 10% of the other cylinders.

My 04 1.8t has 237k with a Motoza Stage1 and is solid as a rock. The head was rebuilt at 175k (no fault of its own. due to an error at the shop...it's a long story) besides that and general maintenance / age based repairs/ it has been a pleasure. I'd be interested in my numbers as it feels and pulls so strong.
