Selling a used custom mandrel bent stainless steel exhaust for Audi A4 1.8T Quattro, manual. This came from my 2005 A4 1.8TQ, 6-speed Avant.
This is a complete turbo-back system that was custom-made for the previous owner. It has a deep aggressive sound and is suitable for even big turbo applications (I have GTRS kit on the car). Since my car is a daily family driver, I switched to a smaller downpipe and exhaust setup to have a quiet daily ride and keep the wifey happy.
Here are the components that make up the system:
- 3" 034 Motorsports catless pipe with 3 sensor bungs
- 3" custom downpipe (flex is still holding and not leaking, but should be to replaced soon)
- Magnaflow catalytic converter split type (you can replace this with a Y-pipe for a completely free-flowing exhaust, but IMO this does not cost you performance and keeps the fumes out of your garage)
- 2x glass packs
- 2.5" 304 stainless steel tubing into
- Flo-Pro Max rear mufflers
- 4" Magnaflow polished tips
- high quality welds and V-band connections
The surface spots can be cleaned up with some elbow grease. The hangers are all in factory locations for easy installation.

Obviously, shipping this would be a huge PITA, but where there's will, there's a way. I could send it by bus to anywhere in Canada. The rear section is welded together and I don't want to cut it unless someone pays for the exhaust in full and we agree where to cut it, then I can do that and ship it in smaller pieces.
