B8 A4 Avant replacing front control arms

Running a 10' A4 Avant Quattro ....I have developed a creaking noise up front. Audi had claimed my front rearword lower control arm is in need of replacement. I'm wondering if anyone has advice on what to replace....sets? Upper & lower? Also who would be a reasonable bet to find the parts/kits. I'm over 100k now and would like to freshen up the front end prior to putting new tires on for winter! Any tips or thoughts are appreciated!!

With 100k on it, the best thing would be to just replace all the control arms. I would look at these two kits, the best thing would be to call them with your VIN since 2010 is a tricky year (Audi made changes to the control arms and tie rod ends):

TRW and Lemforder are the OE suppliers, Febi-Bilstein and Moog are decent aftermarket supplier, Meyle and Mevotech are ok, avoid Vaico, URO, and MAS brands.
