Lease advice. Is this a good deal?

Hello first time Audi lease candidate here. Can someone be kind enough to give me thoughts on this deal? I am in NY.

A4 premium plus season of Audi selection.
36 mo/10k
Msrp $45,575.00
Selling price $42,642.76
Customer rebate $1,500
Due at signing $2,899 broken out to $795 acquisition fee, $1,567.50 tax, $97.50 fees and insurance and $439 first month payment.
Residual $26,433.50
$439 monthly payment.

Also, can you please comment on whether I should ask to include Audicare in the deal? I am not sure how Audicare works as I am coming out of a BMW which includes annual service.

Looks like a good deal to me. My purchase on a Premium Plus at MSRP of $45,995 with purchase price of $42,495 gave me a $701 monthly payment. I put $4500 down approximately with a 2.9% rate. $760 vs $439 makes it a good deal since they are optioned similarly. Taxes are high in my state and city.

I personally would not worry about Audi Care unless they require you to pay for all scheduled maintenance. Oil changes are once a year. Overall it's a small cost.

It's a solid deal, looks like selling price is at invoice.

AudiCare is about a 35% savings over purchasing the 20k, 30k, 40k and 50k services individually and ends up costing less than $20 per mo. Based on that, your lease term and mileage would determine if it makes sense for you.
