What version is my Q5?

Guys,

I have a 2010 Q5, it was purchased in Costa Rica, Central America; the odometer comes in KM instead of Miles.
If I were to look for replacement parts; would US/Europe parts fit? how would I know if parts will fit, what do I have to look for?
I think hard 'body' parts are compatible, but I wonder about engine parts, or headlights (been thinking to upgrade the tail lights to the 'facelift' headlights from 2010 :)
